SM7211 Meets the need and is portable, 2010-07-23

I am a retired band director, who continues to play trumpet. I have not had a stand at home to practice with since I was a beginner.....SEVERAL...years ago. Propping the music up inside my cases has been the norm. I seem to practice more now with the extra time I have, so I looked for a stand that I could not only use at home, but take apart and use any where. The SM7211 fits the need. VERY durable and easy to handle. The desk is the only part that does not collapse. I think the product is very well built.

Received product promptly item better then anticipated durable and portable stand... Very happy with purchase!!! Searched at local music shops and they were charging almost double for a stands that weren't half as good as this one... Great Buy!!!

Very happy with this purchase. Super Saver shipping was extremely fast. A 10 yr old could assemble it easily. All you have to do is attache the 'plate' to the stand. Very sturdy and very well made. Yes, there are some plastic pieces but they seem solid and virtually every stand I've seen lately are built the same way. Should last for years if you don't throw it around like a piece of 2x4. Highly recommend this product. Great product at a great price.

This music stand does exactly what you think it will. It has a lot of space for your music or tablature to sit and it's of very sturdy construction. One complaint I have is that it doesn't have any arms to hold your music onto the stand.

I could tell the minute the box was delivered that this is the product I wanted. The box was not crushed like everyone said it would be. Actually it was double boxed. This is a very heavy duty stand with a platform large enough to hold my oversized 3 ring binder and other notes that I need when performing. The second time I used the stand we were under extremely high wind conditions and the stand didn't budge or vibrate and using a couple of large paper clips the music stood in place perfectly. I am very impressed and would not hesitate a second in buying another if needed.
